Mr. Ramakatane is the founder and serves as the company’s CEO. He has over 25 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply chain, Finance, Business Systems and Business Process Management gained at various blue chip companies like SAB, Masterfoods, Telkom, Nampak, SABS, Letsema Consulting and Wits University, with extensive experience in procurement transformation and supply chain optimisation.
He has various accolades in Procurement and supply chain space, an expert trainer in SCM with more that 150 workshops and training courses delivered across the African continent.
Chabeli holds a Registered Accountant Professional Qualification and is a Registered Member of the ACCA and LIA, Mr. Ramakatane also hold various certifications on ERP (Financials, procurement & Supply chain) implementations with SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards(PeopleSoft). He has also completed an MSc – Purchasing & Supply Chain Management at Aberdeen Business School (UK)

Mr. Mphikeleli Ephraim Cebekhulu is an Operations director at Bareki Consulting, His main function is to ensure and maintain international quality service delivery as per his background. Having got Operations Management background and has previously acquired an extensive experience in Integrated Project Management, Strategic Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis in has over 15 years consulting experience in Projects and Analysis Internationally across various countries in the world has made him capable of working and leading teams in any type of business Industry and has also let him capable of blending with new world technology in short time in order to perform improvements during analysis and design in Manufacturing, Transport, Aviation, Telecommunications, Higher Learning Institutions, Public Sector etc.
Mec is equipped with an Electro‐Mechanical Engineering Degree, and also has a Supply Chain Management Diploma, Project Management certificate including Prince II from the UK Office of Government Commerce, Business and Design for Global Enterprise certificate, Software Programming
His biggest assignment was working as a senior business systems analyst in aviation industry in designing and upgrading software systems in various airports such as Russia, Italy, UK, USA, Colombian, Brazil, Australia, and various African countries.

Mr Moroka has a career that stretches over 30 years that includes junior to senior management positions in the Supply Chain Management Field, Provincial and Local Government Sectors where he has been a Specialist. He was at one stage seconded to the Tshwane Housing Company as an Acting CEO.
He co-authored an article on the Influence of Governance on Procurement Processes and presented it at the International Academy of Africa Business Development (IAABD) Conference hosted by The Georgia State University in Atlanta, USA.
Moroka is a member of the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Curriculum Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Management; IAABD; CIPS; SAPICS and an ICLEI Participant. He has been Awarded recognition for outstanding achievement by The UNISA School of Business Leadership (SBL) for the MBL Research in Supply Chain Management.
Mr Kaotsane has participated in the Global Lead City Network (GLCN)on Sustainable Procurement, Innovation and Green Economy at The CSIR, South Africa; Nijmegen, The Netherlands; Montreal, Canada as well as The International Council for Local Environment Initiatives (ICLEI) Network for building a sustainable future looking at low carbon economy, sustainable procurement, innovation procurement, sustainable mobility, circular economy, circular procurement, resource efficiency, green economy and smart infrastructure.
He was appointed by The Minister of National Public Works to serve in the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) National Stakeholder Committee. He was the Ambassador of the Green/Sustainable Procurement and Green Economy in the City of Tshwane and participated in the UK/ SA Partnership on the Discovery Phase of the Procurement Reform Pillar Under the Anti- Corruption Programme.
Moroka Kaotsane holds: Municipal Finance Management Programme (UP), Cert-Project Management, B. Com (SCM), MBL (UNISA). He has submitted all requirements for MCIPS (UK) and is a candidate for Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) on Sustainable Procurement, Sustainable Infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships at UNISA.
